- Strong administration experience
- Prior experience in an administration or supervisor role
- Experience using Microsoft Office is essential
- Experience using SAP would be highly regarded
- Ability to work from the Chullora site full time – (Mon‑Fri 6am‑3pm) What You Will Need To Join Us

- Valid police check
- Valid forklift licence or willingness to obtain
- Ability and willingness to undertake manual handling

- Free onsite parking About The Role As a Customer Service Operator you will report to the Trade Store Manager. Your responsibilities include undertaking all administration tasks and providing direct customer service over the phone, via e‑mail and face‑to‑face. Key Tasks
- Deal with customers face‑to‑face, via e‑mail and over the phone
- Administration duties including data entry and email management
- Pick and pack customer orders
- Record and report any customer complaints to the Trade Store Manager via Knauf's complaint and customer procedures
- Assist with stock‑take / inventory counts to ensure accurate inventory records are maintained
