- Actively maintain a child-safe environment and uphold children’s rights
- Recognise risks and report concerns in line with NSW mandatory reporting laws
- Model professional boundaries and child-protected behaviour at all times

- Paid professional development Are you patient, nurturing, adaptable, and love being present and down at children’s level? You will:
- Communicate positively with children and educators across all rooms
- Support daily routines, including nappy changes, cleaning, meal times, sleep times, and transitions
- Respond to the emotional and physical needs of children with warmth
- Follow room practices and guidance from the Lead Educator
- Actively uphold child safe behaviours and maintain professional boundaries at all times A Successful Applicant Must:
- Hold an ACECQA-approved Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care
- Hold a current Working with Children Check (NSW)
- Be flexible to work across all 3 rooms, Monday to Friday, 7:30 am – 6:00 pm (can be negotiated)
- Have completed the National Child Safety Foundation Training via Geccko, or be willing to complete it before commencement
