Location: Sydney, NSW Employment Type: Full-time About Us We are a growing supplier of premium gelato ingredients and equipment, working closely with cafés, dessert bars, and gelato manufacturers across Australia. Our focus is on quality products, strong client relationships, and supporting our customers to succeed. The Role We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to take roll of our sales function. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities, and driving growth within the food service and dessert industry. You will be responsible for managing existing accounts while actively developing new business opportunities across both ingredients and equipment sales. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow an existing portfolio of clients
- Identify and secure recent business opportunities (cafés, gelato shops, distributors, manufacturers)
- Promote and sell our range of gelato ingredients and equipment
- Provide product knowledge and tailored solutions to customers
- Conduct client visits, product demonstrations, and tastings
- Prepare quotes, follow up leads, and close sales About You
- Proven experience in sales (food service, hospitality, or equipment sales highly regarded)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales
- Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline
- Commercially minded with a focus on achieving targets
- Passion or interest in food, desserts, or gelato industry is a bonus
- Valid driver’s licence (required for client visits) What We Offer
