**Position: Sales and Marketing Manager DTC

**Reports To: Managing Director**

- **Strategic Planning & Execution**:
- Develop and implement the DTC sales and marketing strategy aligned with company goals and targets.
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional strategies.
- Identify new DTC opportunities and markets for growth**.**:
- **Sales Management**:
- Develop and manage the sales funnel, from lead generation to conversion and customer retention.
- Optimize e-commerce sales channels, including the website, online marketplaces, and other digital touchpoints.
- Analyze customer data and sales metrics to assess performance, identify trends, and optimize the sales process.
- **Marketing Campaigns**:
- Work closely with creative teams to produce compelling content and assets for campaigns.
- Manage budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
- **Customer Experience & Retention**:
- Develop and implement customer retention strategies, including loyalty programs and personalized marketing tactics.
- Oversee customer service operations and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the buying journey.
- Monitor and respond to customer feedback to enhance product offerings and service quality.
- **Market Research & Analytics**:
- Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to adjust strategies as needed.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management.
**Qualifications**:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s Degree preferred).
- **Experience**:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a strong focus on Direct to Consumer (DTC) channels.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth through digital marketing channels (e-commerce, social media, PPC, SEO, etc.).
- Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and projects.
- **Skills**:
- Expertise in sales funnel management, CRM tools, and e-commerce platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics, Excel, and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Spanish speaking is desirable to support the Mexican and Spanish teams within our EMEA region to assist with their development.
