Opal Fibre Packaging Australia provides a full service offering in corrugated cardboard box packaging from design and product testing through to supply chain integration. We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join the team at our site in Revesby (NSW) on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

The key focus of this role will be to:

Providing ongoing support to both internal and external stakeholders

Management of cases within CRM system to achieve recommended close out times and effective resolution for customers

Providing prompt communication to customers with regards to order status when required

Ensuring customer queries are handled efficiently and to the customer's satisfaction

Developing solid ongoing relationships with customers

For this role we would ideally like you to have:

Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service and admin environment

Experience in using CRM systems is required (SAP or Microsoft Dynamics experience would be highly regarded)

Experience working in a manufacturing/ warehousing/ FMCG setting would be highly regarded

Advanced level of attention to detail, accuracy, and quality

Prioritization and problem-solving skills

The ability to remain calm under pressure
