What you’ll be responsible for
- Ensure a high level of safety operations, positive environmental outcomes, business growth and profitability.
- Provide strategic input and leadership to the RR business and customers.
- Contribute to ongoing innovation and continuous improvement.
- Prepare economic models, business cases and investment papers.
- Own the consultation process with internal and external stakeholders, planning authorities and regulators. What you’ll need to be successful
- Demonstrable leadership experience in managing and developing a waste, resource recovery or organics business.
- Strong understanding of the market and political context.
- Previous experience with feasibility and due diligence of opportunities.
- Commercially astute with the ability to articulate your vision and influence key decision makers.
- Experience in managing and augmenting a portfolio of assets within NSW.
- Degree qualified in engineering or business or a related field.
- Readiness for pre‑employment medical checks including drug and alcohol screening and a National Police Clearance. Benefits
