Pizza Pasta Co. (DANNOUN GROUP PTY LTD) Pizza Pasta Co. is a famous restaurant located in Georges Hall NSW 2198. We operate seven days a week offering Lunch and dinner. The restaurant is an Italian cuisine and provides a wide variety of dishes and family oriented atmosphere for our customers. We are seeking a full time Cook who will be able to work independently or as a part of a team, reliable and will be rewarded with a great salary also a friendly and supportive work environment. To be successful in this role you will need:
- Manage the preparation and cooking of meals.
- Produce well-presented seasonal meals using fresh ingredients where possible.
- Assist in the ongoing menu development.
- Manage portion control and food wastage on a daily basis.
- Ordering and purchasing stock
- Ensure all dietary requirements for customers are met.
- Train other kitchen staff members on appropriate food presentation and preparation techniques
- Ongoing training to new and current staff in ensuring sales are always captured.
- Comply with Food safety program and procedures.
- Comply with any relevant legislation covering food safety. Requirements/Skills Qualification:
- Relevant Qualification
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work within a pressurised environment and maintain attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and organisational skills
