**The Role**

We are looking for an experienced and driven Retail Manager to take ownership of our Riverwood store. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing a dedicated team, and ensuring the store operates smoothly and profitably on a day-to-day basis.

**Key Responsibilities**: **Team Leadership & Development**
- Supervise, train, and inspire retail staff to ensure high performance and engagement.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training.
- Coordinate staff rostering and conduct regular performance reviews.

**Sales & Financial Management**
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Set, monitor, and achieve store sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Manage store financial performance, including profit and loss (P&L;), budgeting, and cost control.

**Store Operations & Inventory**
- Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Manage inventory control, stock ordering, and stocktake processes.
- Liaise closely with suppliers to ensure timely stock availability and manage promotional activities.
- Implement loss prevention and strict store security procedures.

**Customer Experience & Compliance**
- Champion a culture of high-standard customer service and professionally resolve escalated customer issues.
- Maintain impeccable store presentation and visual merchandising standards.
- Ensure strict compliance with Work Health and Safety (WHS) and company policies.

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- **Experience**: At least 2-3 years of proven experience in a retail management or supervisory role.
- **Leadership**: Strong communication skills with a track record of motivating and leading a team to success.
- **Operational Skills**: The proven ability to efficiently manage store operations, inventory, and staff.
- **Results-Driven**: A demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment.
