- Manage and motivate a team of retail associates to consistently provide outstanding customer service
- Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and loss prevention
- Analyse sales data and market trends to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies
- Provide coaching and feedback to team members, supporting their skilled development
- Collaborate with regional and head office teams to ensure alignment with company goals and brand standards
- Actively participate in the recruitment, selection, and training of recent team members
- Ensure the store is always clean, organised, and visually appealing to customers What we're looking for
- Experience in a retail management role, preferably in the consumer electronics or audio equipment industry
