Enzo's Cucina in Chipping Norton NSW 2170 is an authentic Italian restaurant known for its warm and intimate atmosphere. The menu features traditional Italian dishes, including homemade meatballs and freshly made gnocchi, inspired by fresh, local produce.

Enzo's Cucina is now looking for a Chef to join their team.

The right candidate will be responsible for:
- Assist cooks and chef with preparations;
- Demonstrate various cooking techniques;
- Minimise wastage;
- Train current cooks and chefs on platings and cooking procedures;
- Plan and change menus with restaurant manager and Head chef;
- Ensure health and safety procedures are followed;
- Supervise kitchen staff;
- Deal with waiters and other members;
- Cook, slice and prepare ingredients, such as meat, fish and vegetables;
- Ensure all ingredients are properly stored and labeled;
- Manage operations of the kitchen, including rostering and purchasing; About you:
- Relevant experience as a Chef;
- Strong cooking and management skills;
- Ability to manage and supervise team and orders;
- Strong creativity and ability to assist cooks and Chefs throughout the service;
