Over time, the organisation has evolved from owning and operating medical centres to becoming a service-based company providing expert management and operational support to medical centres and general practices across Australia. The Role Dyvest Health Care Pty Ltd is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Accountant to support our finance function and contribute to the ongoing growth of the organisation. This role involves delivering accurate financial reporting, ensuring compliance with Australian regulatory requirements, and providing financial insights to support operational performance across multiple healthcare sites. Key Responsibilities
· Assisting with the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans across multiple entities
· Preparing financial statements and management reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports
· Analysing financial data and conducting financial investigations to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improved financial performance
· Monitoring cash flow and supporting effective financial management practices
· Ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and compliance with relevant accounting standards, taxation obligations, and statutory requirements
· Maintaining accurate general ledger records and performing reconciliations
· Providing financial insights and recommendations to management to support strategic and operational decisions
· Identify financial risks and recommend process improvements
· Implementing and maintaining accounting systems, internal controls, and financial procedures
· Supporting audit processes and liaising with external advisors where required Requirements:
- Degree qualification in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years’ accounting experience in a professional setting
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and Australian compliance requirements
- Experience using accounting systems such as Xero or MYOB
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple entities Employment Details:

- Salary: $75,000 – $95,000 per annum + superannuation
