The Role: As the NSW State Service Manager, you’ll be at the helm of a dynamic team of up to 60 Service Technicians. Your leadership will drive us to meet and exceed a revenue target, while ensuring exceptional service delivery to our customers. This is your opportunity to make a tangible impact while leading one of the most critical functions of our business. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a team of 60 Service Technicians to achieve performance targets and outstanding service delivery.
- Manage operations to ensure maximum productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular performance reports and collaborate with the Service Manager ANZ to drive business success.
- Foster a culture of safety, performance, and continuous improvement across your team.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and aim for zero lost-time incidents. What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience managing and developing large field service or technical teams.
- Strong leadership and team-player mindset. You lead by example and actively support your team.
- Customer focused attitude. You understand the importance of strong relationships and service excellence.
- Mechanical aptitude. Able to understand equipment, troubleshoot issues, and support your team in the field.
- Initiative and problem-solving skills. You act without waiting for direction.
- Robust organisational, communication, and reporting skills.
- Ideally have a trade qualification (electrical, refrigeration, plumbing) and experience with field service management systems (Oneforce, Service Max, etc.)
- Current driver’s licence. Who You Are: You’re a practical, hands-on leader who inspires your team through example. You enjoy working alongside your people, helping them grow, and creating an environment where collaboration and excellence thrive.
