Well experience with auto refinish paint brands in this market, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers 3. Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities 4. Driven, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with a passion for sales 5. Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment 6.
