Marketing Specialist (Bankstown)

Are you a marketing all-rounder with a passion for creativity and hospitality? Bankstown Sports Club is looking for a Marketing Specialist who thrives on variety, loves collaborating, and knows how to make campaigns shine! In this role, you’ll take the lead on marketing initiatives for our diverse venues—planning, coordinating, and delivering campaigns and events that connect with our customers (members and visitors) and elevate our brand. From daily promotions to major events, you’ll be at the heart of it all. What you’ll do:
- Own marketing plan for portfolio of venues—campaigns, promotions, socials media and branding
- Collaborate with stakeholders including venue managers, operations and F&B; teams to bring ideas to life
- Manage agencies for design, social, digital, PR, and more
- Champion promotions, partnerships, and community initiatives
- Evaluate campaigns and refine strategies for even greater impact
- Ensure member and visitor satisfaction by putting our members and visitors at the centre of everything What we’re looking for:
- Someone excited to take the next step, to own projects and help shape your portfolio
- Degree in Marketing or related field
- 3+ years’ experience in a marketing or agency roleCreative thinker with strong project management skills
- Understanding of marketing data drivers
- Hospitality, lifestyle or events experience a bonus
