- Work closely with experienced allied health practitioners in a collaborative setting Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychological assessments and evidence‑based therapy
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with other allied health professionals and referring practitioners
- Manage a varied caseload including private clients, EPC/Medicare, NDIS, DVA, and aged care
- Comply with professional, ethical, and clinic standards Essential Criteria
- Hold current AHPRA registration with appropriate professional indemnity and public liability insurance
- Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate, timely, and high‑quality clinical documentation
- Show a robust commitment to professional development and continuous learning
- Provide mentoring or supervision to colleagues where appropriate to your experience
- Be confident in your role while remaining open to feedback and growth
- Willingness to actively contribute to business growth through networking, community engagement, and relationship building with referrers
