- Ideal starting date: As soon as possible About the Role: Our AUSAO finance team supports retail, digital and manufacturing operations across Australia and Aotearoa (NZ). We’re in a real period of change. Moving to Xero, migrating manufacturing to a new ERP, and automating manual processes that have been in place too long. We’re looking for people who want to be part of that work, not just maintain the status quo. This is a hands‑on management accounting role embedded in our Villawood manufacturing operation. You’ll own the month‑end close for Manufacturing, run inventory and cost accounting across the entity, and act as a genuine finance business partner to the Manufacturing Director. That means providing the insight and analysis they need to make valuable decisions, not just producing reports and handing them over. More than the task list, we’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about getting it right.
