As we grow our Melbourne presence, we’re looking for a hands-on, highly organised **Warehouse Manager** to lead operations at our **Laverton North** warehouse. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of the day-to-day running of a busy, fast-paced warehouse that supports some of the most exciting events in the country.

**About the Role**

Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing all aspects of warehouse operations — from team leadership and logistics coordination to inventory control and dispatch.

This is a key leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, takes pride in maintaining high standards, and leads by example.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including dispatch, returns, loading/unloading, and quality control
- Lead and manage a small team of warehouse staff and casuals
- Coordinate logistics and delivery schedules in collaboration with the operations and client service teams
- Maintain accurate stock control and implement inventory management systems
- Ensure all safety, cleanliness, and maintenance standards are met
- Implement efficient systems to improve turnaround times and minimise damage/loss
- Liaise with drivers, crew, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of events

**About You**
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or operations management role
- **Experience in the events and exhibitions industry is preferred and highly regarded**:

- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Confident using inventory and dispatch software (or quick to learn)
- A hands-on attitude and willingness to jump in where needed
- Forklift licence (preferred)
- Calm under pressure and solutions-focused

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year

- Order Picking Forklift Licence (preferred)
