Community Nursing (Banyo)

Carehaven Services is seeking compassionate and skilled community nurse (Preferrably Male) to offer clinical support to one of our DVA clients in **Banyo QLD 4014.** This is a rewarding prospect to make a real difference in the lives of our clients.

**Roles Available**: **Community Nurse (Clinical Care)**
- Conduct wound assessments and provide appropriate care
- Manage chronic diseases
- Provide post-hospital/discharge care
- Support clients with catheter, stoma, and continence care
- Liaise with GPs, allied health professionals, and family members as required
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs
- Provide health education and support for clients and their families
- Respond to urgent care needs within scope of practice

**Additional Requirements**:

- Client prefers a male Community Nurse

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Registered Nurse (RN) with current AHPRA registration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management and organisational abilities
- Compassionate, patient-centred approach
- Current driver’s license and willingness to travel locally to client homes

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $53.00
- $120.00 per hour
