**About the role** We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. This full-time role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients.

**Key responsibilities**
- Process customer orders, returns and exchanges with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintain and update customer records and order details in our CRM system
- Liaise with other departments, such as Dispatch, Warehouse and Sales, to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Provide product information and advice to customers, demonstrating strong product knowledge
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and procedures
- Assist with other administrative tasks as required to support the broader team
- At times you will have an opportunity to showcase your personality out in our Showroom serving our retail/trade clientele.
**Skills and experience**
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer service or client-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
- Proficient in the use of CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite
- A team player with a positive, customer-centric attitude
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Pay: $65,000.00
- $70,000.00 per year
