This is a role for someone who takes real pride in data accuracy, knows how to keep a supply chain running smoothly, and isn't shy about chasing down a late delivery when it matters. You'll be at the center of our operations — managing inventory data across our ERP and ecommerce portal, driving supplier performance, expediting stock when needed, and supporting the forward planning that keeps our business one step ahead. If you're analytical, proactive, and thrive in a dynamic environment, this could be a outstanding fit. Key Responsibilities Inventory Data & Ecommerce Portal Management
- Maintain and improve inventory data integrity across all inventory management systems and the ecommerce portal
- Ensure product listings, stock availability, and pricing are accurately reflected across the ecommerce platform at all times
- Identify and resolve discrepancies between the ERP, warehouse management system, and ecommerce portal
- Monitor stock accuracy and investigate variances, transactional errors, and system misalignments
- Manage and maintain min/max inventory settings to support operational demand and online fulfilment requirements
- Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits to keep system and portal data reliable Expediting & Supplier Performance
- Proactively expedite outstanding purchase orders, delayed deliveries, and critical stock shortages before they become operational problems
- Follow up with suppliers on delivery timelines and escalate issues where needed to protect service levels
- Monitor and drive supplier OTIF performance, holding partners accountable to agreed commitments
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure pricing remains accurate, current, and aligned with contracted terms
- Coordinate between suppliers and internal teams to keep stock availability aligned with business demand Forward Planning & FPA Management
- Manage Forward Purchase Agreements (FPAs), tracking commitments, usage, pricing, and expiry timelines
- Support replenishment and forward ordering planning to ensure continuity of supply across all channels
- Analyse inventory trends, stock movement, and usage patterns to forecast requirements accurately
- Identify slow-moving, obsolete, or excess stock and bring well-reasoned recommendations to the table Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Develop and maintain inventory reporting, KPI dashboards, and stock performance analysis
- Collaborate with warehouse, ecommerce, and operations teams to improve inventory processes and controls
- Bring a continuous improvement mindset to everything you do and contribute ideas that make the team better Skills & Experience
- Solid experience in inventory control, supply chain, procurement, or demand planning
- Proven ability to manage inventory data within ERP or inventory management systems, ideally with some ecommerce platform exposure
- Experience expediting purchase orders and managing supplier delivery performance
- Strong understanding of min/max planning, forecasting, and replenishment principles
- Advanced Excel and reporting skills, with the ability to turn data into clear, actionable insights
- Sharp analytical thinking and a high attention to detail
- Great communication skills — comfortable working with suppliers, warehouse teams, and internal stakeholders alike
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach that keeps things moving Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Pronto, Oracle, or similar
- Exposure to ecommerce platforms and inventory synchronisation
- Experience with FPAs, procurement contracts, or forward purchasing arrangements
