Childcare Administrator | Banyo Journey Early Learning is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Administrator to join our team at Banyo. This is a permanent part-time position, Monday to Friday, supporting the smooth and efficient running of our centre. **Centre Overview**: Journey Early Learning Banyo is a modern, 61 place centre with landscaped native gardens and incredible indoor environments to inspire creativity of children. About the Role As Centre Administrator, you’ll be the first point of contact for families and an essential support to our leadership team. From managing enrolments and compliance to maintaining accurate records and assisting with daily operations, you’ll play a key role in helping the centre run smoothly and professionally. We’re looking for someone with strong administrative experience, excellent attention to detail, and a warm, approachable manner when working with families and colleagues. What You’ll Bring Current Working with Children Check and National Police Check Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar administrative role Strong CRM and database management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Full Australian working rights Qualifications in Early Childhood Education (desirable but not essential) Why Journey At Journey Early Learning, the very heart of our culture is anchored in four foundational pillars.
