- MUST be able to work Mondays, no Thursday shift
- other days flexible. Take inbound calls and deliver top-notch customer service to both existing and potential customers. Provide accurate product information and update customer records efficiently. Resolve customer complaints with care and efficiency, focusing on continuous improvement. Adapt and learn continuously to enhance personal and team skills. Be flexible with working hours, including availability between 8 am and 6 pm and occasional public holidays. **What You'll Bring**: Preferred previous experience in a Contact Centre environment. Previous experience in customer service (call centre, office, retail, or hospitality backgrounds are welcome). Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate product perks clearly. Familiarity with Customer Management Systems/Databases. Proven teamwork skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Join Our Team!
