**What's the role on offer?**

Based at the Brisbane Airport, this full time position as a **Recruitment Advisor** offers an exciting opportunity to manage end-to-end recruitment for Alliance Airlines. Reporting to the Recruitment Lead, this role will focus on developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, supporting workforce planning, and building talent pipelines to meet current and future staffing needs. The Recruitment Advisor will collaborate with managers and deliver a variety of recruitment-related tasks, including:

- Develop tailored sourcing strategies in line with workforce plans.
- Conduct resource planning meetings with leaders to align on recruitment needs and expectations.
- Organise targeted industry outreach events and on-site activities.
- Manage the recruitment process, from job advertisement to selection and offer stages.

**Who we are looking for**:

- Recruitment and HR principles experience, including industrial instruments and employment contracts.
- Demonstrated ability in handling volume hiring projects
- Exceptional communication, prioritisation, and attention to detail.
- Proven experience in HR administration.
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Ability to be based full time onsite at the Brisbane Airport (No WFH)
