**The Position**
- Welcoming our guests to the lounge with engagement and warmth
- Assisting in the front desk daily operations
- Servicing guest arrivals and departures
- Achieving guest satisfaction targets and exhibiting excellent customer service
- Consistently offering exceptional guest service

**The Person**
- Proven experience in similar positions within a Hosting or Front Office setting
- Self-motivated and a genuine passion for hospitality and guest service
- Efficiency in learning and understanding aviation flight schedules, codes and software platforms, excellent computer skills
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with all lounge team members and associated aviation companies
- Impeccable time management skills
- Friendly, outgoing personality and a high standard of personal presentation
- The ability to act without prior authority in all matters concerning the safety, security and well-being of all guests, patrons, and staff in the absence of management
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team environment
