Food Production - Afternoon Shift (Banyo)

As a result, we are looking for experienced Process Workers to join our production team from Monday 13th January 2025 based at our facility in Banyo. They will manage day to day tasks and ensure smooth running of production while adhering to safety and quality standards. If you are looking for work stability, an opportunity to learn and develop your skills and show us what you can do, then APPLY NOW! **Description**: We are looking for people who work best in a hands-on role, enjoy working as part of a diverse team but have the capacity to also work autonomously. We have the below shift available permanent full time Monday to Friday:

- Afternoon shift
- 1pm to 9.06pm

**Key Responsibilities Include**:

- Food Preparation
- Inspection and debagging, hand cutting and trimming of raw produce to specification for processing, measuring and mixing, marinating of products, tray up of components to be cooked
- Receival of cooked products from ovens, slicing and dicing, detraying of cooked/ chilled products
- Cleaning of floors, walls, conveyors, machinery, etc
- Sanitizing of machinery and all food production equipment to the highest standard
- Deliver exceptional quality and results each shift

**To be successful in this role, you will have**:

- Have the ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Able to work in cooler environments
- our factory is around 8 degrees Celsius
- The ability to work under pressure and to strict time frames and quality standards
- Have a outstanding eye for detail and take pride in your work and your team
- You enjoy doing physical and repetitive work and like to know what your work is every day
- Whilst not essential previous experience in a 24 hour FMCG environment would be advantageous.
