**Description**: **The Role**:

- Machine Operator
- Mixing, Batching, Marinating
- Operating of Injectors / Tumblers
- Pre-Cutts (Raw & Cook Meat / Veggies)
- Monitoring, Programming of Ovens to specifications
- Cryovac packing of raw materials.
- Shift: Day shift
- 0500am
- 1306pm
- Set Roster: Monday to Friday

Skills/Competencies Required
- 12months + Machine operator experience
- FMCG industry with prior experience in food manufacturing highly regarded
- Have full knowledge of HACCP / GMP
- You have the ability to work under pressure in a high volume, fast paced environment
- Excellent communication, literacy and numerical skills
- Computer knowledge and data entry skills
- Must have good attention to detail
- Compliance & Documentation experience
- MUST be able to work in a cold environment -8 degrees
- Ability to work as part of the team
- Pass a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug and Alcohol test.
