Customer Service Officer (Banyo)

- Based in Banyo – onsite parking and close to the train station
- Receive and process orders from retailers

The opportunity –

Reporting into a Customer Service Team Manager, you will form part of a small collaborative and supportive team who interact with retailers across Australia to provide information regarding products and service, receiving and process orders and provide support from order to delivery! Working in an inbound call environment where you will have the opportunity to interact with the same customers – which means you get to build relationships and understand their needs!

Selection criteria –


- Previous sales / customer service experience – within a B2B environment
- High level communication and interpersonal skills with proven stakeholder experience
- Customer centric approach with high attention to detail
- Computer literate – MS Office Suite
