**Inventory & Logistics Lead
- Storeperson**

This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, materials flow, and inventory control. You’ll play a pivotal role in implementing and maintaining material control systems & processed to ensure seamless production support and timely delivery of high-end components.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage and picking for internal users.
- Ensure inventory accuracy within our management software Innergy.
- Implement and maintain front line systems & processes such as Bins, ROP's, ROQ's, Kanbans, etc to optimise stock levels and reduce waste
- Collaborate with production and procurement teams to align material flow with project timelines
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safety-compliant warehouse environment
- Lead and mentor store staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Monitor and report on KPIs related to inventory turnover, space utilisation, and workflow efficiency

**What We’re Looking For**
- Proven experience in warehouse or store management, ideally within manufacturing or joinery
- Strong understanding of warehouse management principles and best practices.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Forklift licence (High reach preferred) and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS)
- A proactive mindset with a passion for operational excellence

Applicants preferrably need to be able to start immediately however we understand loyalty and notice periods you may need to work and as this is a production based role, time and attendance is critical.
