Stores Team Leader (Banyo)

As a result, we have an opportunity for an experienced and motivated Team Leader Storeperson for our day shift, starting at 5am. Based at our modern facility in Banyo, you will be responsible for the receiving of chilled and frozen goods into our stores. Whilst not essential, previous experience in a 24-hour FMCG environment working as a Team Leader, will be advantageous.

**In this role you will be responsible for the**: Managing a team between 3- 10 store people Receiving of goods Rotation of stock within freezers Picking and packing of products Stocktakes weekly and monthy Chiller and freezer store work Unloading goods off delivery trucks Forklift licence is essential

**What you need to have**: Experience operating a High Reach forklift up to 6 bays high + double deep and current licence to perform high risk work (LF) is essential Minimum 12 months experience within a team leader position in a warehouse and distribution environment (highly advantageous) Proven team leadership Solid working knowledge of warehouse safety principles and working within strict quality standards guidelines. Strong track record of developing high performing teams through excellent communication, problem-solving and time management Must be able to start at 5am
- some flexibility required The ability to work under pressure in a high volume, fast paced environment You must be able to work in a cold-room and freezer environment An eye for detail and pride in your work
