Description:

The Role:

Machine Operator

Mixing, Batching, Marinating

Operating of Injectors / Tumblers

Pre-Cutts (Raw & Cook Meat / Veggies)

Monitoring, Programming of Ovens to specifications

Cryovac packing of raw materials.

Shift: Day shift
- 0500am
- 1306pm

Set Roster: Monday to Friday

Skills/Competencies Required

12months + Machine operator experience

FMCG industry with prior experience in food manufacturing highly regarded

Have full knowledge of HACCP / GMP

You have the ability to work under pressure in a high volume, rapid paced workplace

Excellent communication, literacy and numerical skills

Computer knowledge and data entry skills

Must have good attention to detail

Compliance & Documentation experience

MUST be able to work in a cold environment -8 degrees

Ability to work as part of the team

Pass a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug and Alcohol test.
