- Drive continuous improvement. Make your mark The Role Lyppard Brisbane is seeking an experienced, hands-on Warehouse Manager with a passion for building and leading successful teams. In this role, you will oversee total warehouse operations, coordinating timely customer orders and intra-company stock transfers. You will manage overall warehouse performance, safety, security, and delivery fleet logistics to ensure all orders are delivered in full and on time. This is a critical position ensuring the smooth, safe distribution of veterinary pharmaceutical products across QLD and NSW. What You Will Do:
- Evaluate and coach the team using performance data to drive high efficiency.
- Coordinate labour and resources to meet daily operational demands.
- Identify and implement process improvements using industry best practices.
- Maintain high engagement while fostering a culture of safety and compliance.
- Enforce systems and SOPs, specifically regarding product storage and shipping temperatures.
- Oversee documentation accuracy for all incoming and outgoing stock.
- Align daily operations with internal and external customer expectations. What We Are Looking For:
- 5+ years’ warehouse supervision or management experience.
- Proven leadership in building, coaching, and motivating teams.
- Financial acumen with experience in contract negotiation.
- Strong problem-solving, organisational, and multitasking skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge of WH&S; requirements and compliance.
- Adaptable and able to thrive under pressure with competing priorities.
- Computer literate with a forklift (LF) licence highly regarded.
