***The Role**: Our **Bound** store is more than just a café, it’s a place for travellers to pause, enjoy quality coffee and light meals, and feel refreshed on their journey. Alongside the café, the store offers a diverse retail experience, from the latest good reads and news to travel essentials, tech accessories, and even local gins and spirits.
As our Store Manager, you’ll bring together a love of hospitality with a passion for retail, creating a space where customers can relax, browse, and shop for everything they need before they fly.
As our **Full-Time Store Manager**, you’ll lead from the front, creating a welcoming space where great service and style set the tone. With a focus on delivering memorable customer experiences, you’ll guide and develop your team to achieve their best, while keeping store operations running smoothly and to the highest standard. This is a hands-on role where your leadership, eye for detail, and ability to build strong connections will shape both the customer journey and the team culture every day.
**What You’ll Do**: Be the face of the store
- set the standard for service and style Create meaningful connections with customers
- every transaction counts Lead, coach, and inspire your team to hit targets and shine Manage store operations with accountability and attention to detail Uphold exceptional presentation and brand standards Foster a respectful, values-led culture every day Maintain food safety standards and ensure compliance at all times Bring forward fresh menu ideas and contribute to new activations that enhance the café experience
**What We’re Looking For**: Experience in a similar leadership role in a high-energy retail environment Experience in a retail and or hospitality leadership environment a great bonus Strong communication and coaching abilities Confidence to take initiative and own your role A “hands-on” leader who thrives in a team setting Flexibility to work across rotating shifts (mornings, evenings, weekends & public holidays)
- Valid working rights & eligibility to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
