Inventory & Logistics Lead

This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, materials flow, and inventory control. You’ll play a pivotal role in implementing and maintaining material control systems & processed to ensure seamless production support and timely delivery of high-end components.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage and picking for internal users.

Ensure inventory accuracy within our management software Innergy.

Implement and maintain front line systems & processes such as Bins, ROP's, ROQ's, Kanbans, etc to optimise stock levels and reduce waste

Collaborate with production and procurement teams to align material flow with project timelines

Maintain a clean, organised, and safety-compliant warehouse workplace

Lead and mentor store staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement

Monitor and report on KPIs related to inventory turnover, space utilisation, and workflow efficiency

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in warehouse or store management, ideally within manufacturing or joinery

Robust understanding of warehouse management principles and best practices.

Excellent organisational and communication skills

Forklift licence (High reach preferred) and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS)

A proactive mindset with a passion for operational excellence

Applicants preferrably need to be able to start immediately however we understand loyalty and notice periods you may need to work and as this is a production based role, time and attendance is critical.

Excellent performance will lead to a permanent position.

Pay: $27.54
- $35.00 per hour
