About the Role This is a permanent part-time position, working a minimum of 4 days per week (including key retail trading days). You will work closely with a small team, leading by example on the floor to drive sales, manage tight operations, and create an aromatic haven for our community. What You’ll Do:
- Drive Sales & KPIs: Take commercial ownership of the store's performance. You will implement local strategies to surpass sales targets, closely monitoring and improving key metrics like Average Dollar Sale (ADS) and Items Per Sale (IPS).
- Lead a Small, Dedicated Team: Recruit, onboard, and mentor a small team. You'll focus on building high product knowledge and a high-performance culture where everyone is aligned with Perfect Potion's values.
- Champion the Customer Experience: Actively work the floor, embodying exceptional service and executing our unique product ritual demonstrations to ensure every customer leaves feeling uplifted.
- Master Tight Operations: Manage end-to-end store operations autonomously, including rostering, exact inventory control, stocktakes, merchandising, and strict adherence to operational policies. What We Are Looking For:
