Senior Administration Officer, BlendED National Onsite role based in Brisbane (Nudgee) Commencing June 29, 2026 *Subject to Regulatory Approval About us BlendED National is a new and exciting initiative of Edmund Rice Education Australia (EREA), providing flexible, inclusive education for young people across the country who are unable to access traditional schooling. Delivered online by a multidisciplinary team, BlendED National supports young people through trauma-informed, relationship-based learning that prioritises safety, connection, and individualised support. The program is designed to meet the needs of young people experiencing complex barriers to education, and is grounded in EREA’s commitment to educational equity and radical inclusion. Our Young People Young people come from diverse backgrounds and often face a significant and complex range of educational, social, developmental, environmental, psychological, health, legal barriers to learning which require unique interventions. Our approach is grounded in the Operation By Principles framework, which combines education with an understanding of trauma-informed practices. Our Team BlendED National is expanding, with our second school opening in Queensland with offices based in Brisbane and Cairns. We are building a newly established team including a Principal, Program Directors, Teachers, Youth Workers, and Learning Support Officers across the state. Together, this team will deliver innovative online education to young people who require flexible and supportive learning pathways. The Role We are seeking an on-site Senior Administration Officer who will provide high‑level administrative and operational support to the BlendED Queensland team. The role ensures smooth and efficient administration, supports compliance and reporting requirements, and delivers executive assistance to the Principal and Senior Leadership Team. This position is based in our Brisbane (Nudgee) office. Employment: Ongoing, Full time Commencement: June 29, 2026 Salary: This role is classified under the Catholic Employers Single Enterprise Collective Agreement Religious Institute Schools of Queensland 2023 – 2026. The salary will fall within the School Officer Salary Schedule range Level 5 ($78,204 – $82,008 + Salary packaging), commensurate with the successful applicant’s experience and qualifications. You will need
- Ability to commit to and work within our Operating Principles; Respect, Participation, Secure and Legal and Honesty
- Degree in Business Management or related field or equivalent education and experience.
- 3 years of experience in a similar role within an education setting.
- Experience in developing and maintaining administrative processes which support efficient and compliant operations.
- Hold a valid Blue Card or have the ability to obtain.
- Hold a National Police Check certificate (issued within the last six months) or ability to obtain.
- Hold appropriate Australian Work Rights.
- Valid First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain.
