Position Summary OLP is seeking an experienced Supply & Distribution Manager to join our dynamic team. The Supply & Distribution Manager will be responsible for planning, organising, directing, controlling and coordinating the supply, storage and distribution of goods within the organisation. The role ensures productive logistics operations, optimal stock levels, and timely delivery of products. Key Responsibilities
- Plan, implement and monitor strategies, policies and plans for purchasing, storage and distribution
- Maintain required stock levels at minimum cost and ensure efficient inventory control
- Oversee storage, warehousing and dispatch operations
- Operate and monitor recording systems to track movement of supplies and finished goods
- Liaise with internal departments and customers regarding outward goods and transportation requirements
- Negotiate with suppliers to meet quality, cost and delivery requirements
- Direct and supervise staff, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with OHS regulations
- Implement and maintain supply chain strategies to improve efficiency
- Manage budgets, contract, and ensure cost‑effective distribution operations Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as business, supply chain, engineering, logistics, or related discipline
- Demonstrated experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, stock management, and distribution workflows
- Minimum of 12 months of related experience
- Experience coordinating inbound and outbound goods, dispatch, and delivery schedules
- Solid understanding of workplace safety, manual handling, and compliance procedures
- Ability to plan, organise and monitor supply, storage and distribution activities
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to optimise processes
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with suppliers, transport providers, and internal teams
- Proficiency in warehouse systems, inventory software, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to supervise or coordinate team members to ensure efficient warehouse operations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
