Olympus Windows are seeking an experienced and results-driven Production Manager to oversee the daily manufacturing operations of our aluminium windows and doors fabrication facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing production schedules, supervising factory staff, ensuring product quality, maintaining workplace safety, and driving continuous improvement across all fabrication processes. This role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge of aluminium systems, and the ability to coordinate production efficiently to meet customer deadlines and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Production Management

- Plan, organise, and manage daily production activities for aluminium windows and doors fabrication.
- Monitor workflow to ensure production targets, delivery deadlines, and quality standards are achieved.
- Coordinate cutting, machining, assembly, glazing, and packaging operations.
- Review production schedules and allocate labour and resources effectively.
- Minimise downtime and improve production efficiency. Team Leadership

- Supervise, train, and motivate production staff and team leaders.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching.
- Foster a positive, safety-focused, and productive work environment.
- Manage staff attendance, rostering, and overtime requirements.
- Quality Control
- Ensure all products meet company specifications, customer requirements, and industry standards.
- Monitor fabrication accuracy, finishing quality, and assembly compliance.
- Investigate production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Work closely with quality assurance and installation teams to resolve defects or rework.
- Inventory & Materials Management
- Coordinate with purchasing and warehouse teams to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Monitor material usage and minimise waste.
- Ensure machinery, tools, and equipment are maintained and serviced appropriately. Continuous Improvement

- Identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.

- Minimum [2-3] years’ experience in a production management role within aluminium windows and doors manufacturing or related fabrication industry.
- Robust knowledge of aluminium fabrication processes, machinery, and glazing systems.
- Proven leadership and people management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and production specifications.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
