Adore Home Living is a Perth-based retailer specialising in furniture, homewares, and decor. We are committed to providing our customers with high-quality and affordable living, dining, and bedroom furniture. We have six stores and one outlet across Perth and Melbourne, and the company continues to grow and expand.

We seek an experienced Retail Buyer to join our team and support the company’s procurement and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist management in developing and implementing furniture procurement plans.

Negotiate prices and manage the supply chain with suppliers to ensure product quality, timely delivery, and cost control.

Analyse product sales data and gather customer preferences to provide recommendations for store sales strategies, promotions, in-store displays, and company market positioning.

Monitor stock levels, analyse product turnover rates, forecast market demand, and develop replenishment plans to maintain optimal inventory levels while avoiding overstock or stock shortages.

Research furniture trends to provide insights for purchasing and sales strategies.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Buyer in the furniture industry or a related field.

Robust understanding of furniture supply chains and design.

Fluent in English and Chinese to effectively communicate with domestic and international suppliers.

Excellent execution and data analysis skills and outstanding organisational and time management abilities.

Salary and Benefits:

Annual Salary: $75,000-AUD 80,000 + Superannuation
