Storeperson – Signage Manufacturing (Malaga)

We produce commercial, mining, fleet, retail and custom signage, and we are looking for an organised and reliable Storeperson / Warehouse Assistant to keep materials, stock, dispatch and load-outs under control. About the role This is a hands-on stores and dispatch role supporting our production and install teams. You will receive goods, maintain stock, pick and kit jobs, stage next-day installs and dispatches, and help keep the stores and yard areas tidy, safe and organised. You will work closely with the Production Manager, installers, production team, pre-press, vinyl, project coordination and admin teams. Key responsibilities
- Receive deliveries and check them against purchase orders and delivery dockets.
- Inspect incoming goods for quantity, damage and accuracy.
- Label, store and locate stock correctly in racking.
- Pick, kit and issue stock for production and install jobs.
- Stage next-day installs and dispatches in one clear location.
- Ensure fixings, transformers, hardware and accessories are included before load-out.
- Maintain Kanban stock control, bin locations and racking labels.
- Run daily stock checks and prepare weekly reorder lists.
- Manage offcuts, returns and restocking.
- Keep receiving, stores and yard areas tidy, safe and organised.
- Update job notes and dispatch records where required. What we’re looking for
- Stores, warehousing or inventory control experience.
- Experience in a manufacturing, workshop, signage, construction or fabrication environment.
- Forklift licence.
- Strong picking, kitting and dispatch accuracy.
- Secure manual handling practices.
- Ability to read job sheets, travellers or basic production drawings.
- Basic computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Reliable, organised and proactive.
- Good communication with production and install teams. Desirable but not essential
- Signage or manufacturing stores experience.
- RF/barcode scanning experience.
- Basic Excel skills.
- EWP, dogging or rigging tickets.
