**About TradiePass**
TradiePass is a growing tech platform designed to simplify compliance and recruitment in the construction industry. Tradies use our app to store and manage all their tickets and qualifications, while companies use our web platform to track compliance and find qualified workers fast.
We’re looking for a motivated **Sales Representative** with strong **construction industry experience** and hands-on skills in **HubSpot CRM**. If you’re a confident communicator, self-starter, and love selling a solution that truly helps people — we’d love to hear from you.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Sell TradiePass to construction companies, subcontractors, tradies and training providers across Australia
- Manage your sales pipeline and activity through HubSpot CRM
- Generate new leads and follow up with inbound enquiries
- Deliver product demos and close deals
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to provide client feedback and improve sales assets
- Help onboard and support new customers during their first few months
- Attend events, site visits, or in-person client meetings
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or tech
- Experience working in or selling into the construction industry
- HubSpot CRM experience is essential
- Good Knowledge of Construction Health and Safety
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to build and manage a sales pipeline
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a self-starter mindset
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced startup environment
**Advantage**
- Experience with construction safety, training, or compliance
- Existing network of construction companies or training providers
- Background in recruitment, trades, or construction tech
