Event Crew / Delivery Driver (Malaga)

We are currently looking to hire casual delivery driver/event all-rounder for our rapid growing and busy Furniture Rental and Event Hire Company located in Malaga. Potential to move into a part-time role.

**The position**:

- Ideal position for students or someone looking for extra weekend work at great rates.
- Delivering and collecting allocated Hire & Decor equipment.
- Accurate loading of equipment in vehicles ensuring the quality of the product is always maintained, including maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
- This position has lots of variety, people contact and requires great customer service.
- This Casual Position requires flexibility and runs will vary from 3-10 hours per day. Ideal position for Students or someone wanting to pick up extra weekend work.
- Our ideal driver/event all-rounder will process the following attributes:_
- Be well presented and have the ability to think on their feet
- Ability to exceed customer and company expectations through attention to detail
- Work well within a team environment
- Flexible
- Be capable of working with tools to assemble and dismantle certain event hire items.
- Have a track record of responsibility when handling valuable company assets
- Ideally have ability to work on a 5 day roster with availability on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday being key or other weekdays with weekend availability.
- A positive and friendly can do attitude
- Hold a full manual driver’s license with a good driving record and comfortable with driving small 3 tonne pantech trucks *Provisional drivers will not be accepted unfortunately*
- Knowledge of the Perth CBD and local area
- Prior event industry experience is preferred but not essential.

- Ability to work on a 4 day roster with availability on Mondays, Friday, Saturday & Sunday

Please note that some out of hours collections and deliveries inclusive of Sundays will be required during peak periods, which includes penalty rates.

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12
- 16 per week
