Bakery Assistant (Malaga)

**The Role** We are seeking an experienced and motivated Baker who enjoys working with dough and producing consistent, high-quality baked goods. You’ll work as part of a small team in a hands-on environment, with the opportunity to contribute your creativity and expertise.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Mixing, shaping, and baking breads and other bakery items
- Following recipes and maintaining product consistency
- Ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met
- Managing ovens, proofing, and baking schedules
- Assisting with stock rotation and ingredient ordering
- Working collaboratively with the bakery team

**About You**
- Previous experience as a baker
- Strong knowledge of doughs, breads, and baking techniques
- Ability to work early mornings, nights and weekends as required
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality
- A positive attitude and team-oriented approach
