At Bakers Delight, our Bakerare responsible for:

Baking and presenting quality product to meet changing customer needs

Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the bakery

Providing delightful customer service when required

Assisting with stock control and production expenses

To be considered for this ‘roll’, you will need to:

Have a passion for baking

Be a morning person! Some shifts commence from 2am

Have a positive attitude, love working in a team environment and learning recent skills

Be prepared to work hard and love getting your hands dirty

Be available to work a 7 day rotating roster.

Have basic literacy and numeracy skills

Your dedication and drive to produce excellent quality products, and your desire to work in a busy workplace with a close knit team, are the key ingredients for success in this ‘roll’!

Salary: $61,094.12
- $74,360.31 per year

8 hour shift

Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
