Experienced Butcher - Immediate Start (Morley)

Key Responsibilities
- Cutting and portioning beef, lamb, and chicken
- Breaking down whole carcasses
- Preparing marinated meat products
- Making fresh sausages and smallgoods
- Maintaining product quality and presentation in displays
- Following food safety and hygiene standards
- Keeping the work area clean and organised

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working as a butcher
- Strong knife skills and knowledge of meat cuts
- Experience with marinated products and sausage making
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
