Bakery Assistant Malaga

The Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Baker who enjoys working with dough and producing consistent, high-quality baked goods. You’ll work as part of a small team in a hands-on environment, with the prospect to contribute your creativity and expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Mixing, shaping, and baking breads and other bakery items

Following recipes and maintaining product consistency

Ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met

Managing ovens, proofing, and baking schedules

Assisting with stock rotation and ingredient ordering

Working collaboratively with the bakery team

About You

Previous experience as a baker

Strong knowledge of doughs, breads, and baking techniques

Ability to work early mornings, nights and weekends as required

Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality

A positive attitude and team-oriented approach
