The Opportunity:

We are seeking passionate Room Leaders and Diploma-Qualified Educators, to join our growing team at our new centre in Bassendean.

For Educators, duties include:

Collaborating closely with other educators to provide a protected, fun, and educational workplace for our children.

Providing day-to-day care, supervision, and education, contributing to the daily schedule.

Creating positive and respectful relationships with children, families, and the community.

For Room Leaders, duties include:

Work in partnership with the Education Leader to deliver a high-quality educational program based on the Buttercups Pedagogy Standards.

Provide leadership, guidance and inspiration to educators in your team.

Promote children's well-being and provide a secure and secure workplace.

Acting as a Responsible Person at times when the Centre Manager is absent from the Centre, assuming responsibility for the day-to-day operation and administration ensuring the provision of high-quality early childhood education and care to children and their families.

What you’ll bring:

Diploma or ACECQA approved Equivalent.

A positive understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).

A warm and caring personality.

Excellent communication skills.

Current First Aid certificate, WWCC, and Police Clearance.
