Key Responsibilities

Cutting and portioning beef, lamb, and chicken

Breaking down whole carcasses

Preparing marinated meat products

Making fresh sausages and smallgoods

Maintaining product quality and presentation in displays

Following food safety and hygiene standards

Keeping the work area clean and organised

Requirements:

Previous experience working as a butcher

Strong knife skills and knowledge of meat cuts

Experience with marinated products and sausage making

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
