Trainee Parts Interpreter Bassendean (Town of Bassendean)

Autoleague is seeking a Trainee Automotive Parts Interpreter to join our team at Perth Trade Parts in Bassendean. As an integral member of our highly professional Parts team, you will be responsible for the timely issuing of parts to retail customers as well as dealing with incoming telephone queries and orders in an efficient, polite and qualified manner. Responsibilities
- Handle customer requests, take sales and quotation enquiries as required
- Build and maintain customer loyalty and support, including the maintenance of existing clients
- Ensure daily orders are placed on time
- Monitor sales revenue and margin, initiating corrective action where required Qualifications
- Possess some technical/mechanical knowledge and ability
- Highly organised with excellent time‑management skills
- Customer‑service focused
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Computer literate
- Solid attention to detail and ability to prioritise a busy workload
- Adaptable and enjoys working in a team environment
