As a Store Manager, You Will:
Lead with Excellence: Coach and motivate your team to achieve everyday excellence.
Elevate Customer Service: Personalize every customer interaction and ensure exceptional service.
Drive Performance: Focus on profitability while managing costs, expenses, and waste.
Balance Priorities: Navigate a fast-paced, compliance-driven setting with skill and efficiency.
Leverage Your Experience: Bring your management experience and full availability to excel in this role.
Qualifications
Previous retail or customer service management experience
Computer Literacy and understanding of P&L;’s
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including nights and weekends
Commitment to workplace safety and hygiene
