Sales And Support Assistant Batemans Bay

Clyde Computers is an Authorised Apple Reseller and Service Provider and we are seeking energetic and focused Sales and Support Team Members to join our agile store in Batemans Bay. We are looking for customer focused individual who loves technology and an interest in the IT field.

There will also be an prospect for the right applicant to be trained and certified as a Authorised Service Technician with Apple.

Key responsibilities include:

Driving New Business and Achieving sales targets and efficiencies

Provide customers with technology solutions that meet their individual needs

Deliver exceptional customer service to our new and existing customers

Assist with general day to day tasks including store merchandising and stock control

Working with the sales and support teams to deliver best results for our customers

We are looking for a unique individual who can demonstrate:

Experience with Apple products and passion for Apple technologies

Sales experience within a dynamic retail environment

Excellent customer service skills

Robust written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Excellent time management skills, strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure

Enthusiastic and positive attitude to work

Weekend availability desirable.

Job Type: Casual

Pay: From $26.55 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 10 per week
